Can someone please help us out with our Match Review?
We have a job in Data Services to cleanse and dedupe customers data, we also configured Match Review in IS for our users to review our duplicates records. However, after we configured and ran our Match Review we always get the "Match configure ran and 0 task created" message. This is wrong because we know we have duplicates records to review, we have deleted and re-created both our DS jobs and Match Review many times but still cannot get it to create a Match Review Task. Has anyone run into this problem before and how to fix it? Any help is greatly appreciated.
