Failed Error DB

Hi All ,

I have configured a failed error Database at CMC.

I execute a task and point it , to store the failed data at the failed database i had configured.

I keep getting the error  as

Oracle <(DESCRIPTION =(ADDRESS_LIST =(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = 10.XX.XX.XXX)(PORT = 1521)))(CONNECT_DATA

                                                     =(SID=<Failed Error DB Name>)))> error message for operation <OCIStmtExecute>: <ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

Please note that I am creating a rule on a flat file.

Please let know if how we can resolve this.
