I'm running into an issue when importing a fully exported project from one environment(Dev) and importing it into our QA environment. Both environments are IS version 4.1.
The import log is telling me below that there is an issue with a binding or rule being locked. However, when checking the rule in the Dev environment, the rule is not locked and is in an approved state. All tables exist within the dev environment and qa environment.
The rules all import fine, but the bindings are removed and the scorecard is obviously not built due to the missing binding relationships. Any help would be great before I recreate all the work that was done in our dev environment.
