Error clicking on Scorecard Tab (Application error UIM10030)

Hi,
 
We Installed Information Steward 4.1 SP02 on windows platform, where SAP Business Objects Enterprise 4.0 SP 01 Patch 1 installed.When we opened Information steward from BI launch pad we faced the application error.

Now when I click on the Scorecard tab it begins to load (I see a Loading Key Data Domains pop-up) and then an Application Error occurs - UIM-10030 - Contact your System Administrator.
 
Please see the attached. Any one faced this error before??
