Error while approving the best records in IS

Hi Experts,

I'm getting the below error while approving the best records using match review in IS.

com.sap.is.boe.plugin.service.datareview.datareviewexception:

com.sap.is.boe.plugin.service.datareview.io.daoexception: An Unexpected error occurred while accessing or updating the data. Contact your administrator (COR - 10820)
